Our proprietary web application connects directly to your Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA) accounts to provide comprehensive analytics, insights, and reporting features.
2.2 Digital Marketing Agency Services
We also provide professional agency services, including but not limited to:
- SEO Services: Technical SEO, E-commerce SEO, Website Auditing
- Web Development: Website Redesign, Mobile Optimization, UX/UI
- Conversion Rate Optimization: A/B Testing, User Behavior Analysis, Landing Page Optimization
- Digital Strategy: Market Research, Competitor Benchmarking, Multi-Channel Planning
- Paid Advertising: PPC Campaign Management, Social Media Ads, Retargeting Strategies

2.3 Service Agreements

For our software platform, data displayed is sourced directly from Google APIs, and we are not responsible for its underlying accuracy.
3. Platform User Accounts & Data Consent
3.1 Account Requirements
To use the NdovuSEOLabs SEO Intelligence Platform, you must:
- Create a user account with accurate and complete information.
- Have a valid Google account with authorized access to the relevant Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties.
- Authenticate and grant our application permission to read your GSC and GA data.
3.2 Analytics and Data Collection Consent
By creating an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection of analytics data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes feature usage tracking, session data, and user identification solely for product improvement and support. If you do not consent to this data collection, please do not create a platform account.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security

4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within the SEO Intelligence Platform—including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, features, and software—is the property of NdovuSEOLabs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Client Content & Data
You retain full ownership of any content you provide to us (e.g., website content) and the raw data imported from your Google accounts. By providing such data, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display it solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
6.3 Deliverables
Ownership of agency deliverables (e.g., website designs, customized SEO reports) will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment.
7. Confidentiality
We will treat all non-public information and Google account data provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You agree to treat any proprietary information provided by NdovuSEOLabs (e.g., platform mechanisms, agency strategies) as confidential.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
8.1 Warranties
The NdovuSEOLabs SEO Intelligence Platform and our website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8.2 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NdovuSEOLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our software or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services deeply integrate with third-party platforms (specifically Google Search Console and Google Analytics APIs, as well as various ad platforms). We are not responsible for the performance, policies, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services. You are responsible for complying with Google’s Terms of Service when using our platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NdovuSEOLabs, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of our software or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your software subscription or agency engagement as outlined in your account settings or service agreement, subject to any notice periods or outstanding payments.
11.2 By Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services, or revoke access to the SEO Intelligence Platform, if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in prohibited activities.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
13. Force Majeure
NdovuSEOLabs shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, third-party API downtime (e.g., Google outages), or government actions.

15. Miscellaneous

- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
